Later, the entertainment and sports channel TV8.5 was launched, achieving similar ratings.

In 2016, Ilıcalı and Acun Medya ventured internationally by producing shows in Greece, creating local versions of “Survivor,” “The Voice,” “Got Talent,” and “The Masked Singer” for Skai TV. Further international expansion occurred with the launch of “Exatlon” in Brazil in 2017, featuring teams of celebrities and regular contestants competing on uniquely designed parkour courses. Since its debut in Brazil, “Exatlon” has been introduced in Mexico, the United States, Romania, Colombia, Hungary, and Turkey.
