Real Estate
Primarily a renter for about a decade, Nicki Minaj did not own any real estate in the US. For example, in August 2016, Nicki Minaj and Meek Mill rented a mansion in Beverly Hills for $35,000 a month. The home was built in 2008 on the site of Frank Sinatra’s former residence, featuring panoramic views of the city and mountains, a two-story foyer, a large living room with a fireplace, arched French doors leading outside, an eat-in kitchen, a wood-lined library with built-ins, a formal dining room, a family room, and eight bedrooms. Additionally, the outdoor space included a swimming pool, spa, and a barbecue. After their breakup, Mill moved out, leaving the mansion to Minaj until she moved out in February 2018.
For the following years, Nicki rented a mansion in Calabasas, California.
In late 2022, Nicki finally acquired her own property, paying $19.5 million for a home in Hidden Hills, California, in December 2022. The 12,000-square-foot mansion was newly built and never reached the market before Minaj purchased it.
