Career

Following the creation of the collective Members Only, he released his debut EP, “The Fall,” in 2014.

The allegations state that Bernard was only entitled to receive 50 percent of the trust fund’s assets, while Pack and XXX’s brother, Aiden Kerr, were to share the remaining 50 percent. Kaveny asserted that Bernard “inappropriately and secretly transferred” the entire amount to her own accounts. Consequently, Kavney and Pack are pursuing up to $33 million if they can substantiate claims that Bernard deliberately misappropriated the funds. Moreover, before his untimely death, XXXTentacion was in the midst of purchasing at least four residences for his family. Among them was a $3.4 million home that he specifically chose for his mother, also located in Parkland, Florida. With over 15,000 square feet and 6 bedrooms, this home was characterized by realtors as “ideal for entertaining.” High ceilings, a grand foyer, and a sweeping staircase all contribute to a notable sense of opulence. Further investigation of real estate records subsequently uncovered that the rapper acquired four homes across South Florida in 2018, all intended for his family members.
